Anabolic Fuel is made by mixing hydrated combustion enhancer and fuel oil, typically 20 to 30 % enhancers to 80 to 70 % of fuel oil. The state of mixed liquid is called anabolic. Until the NPA was completed, it was considered impossible to create stable and semi-permanent anabolic. Especially in the petroleum fuel industry, many have attempted to do this, but they have all failed. The revolutionary NPA technology has succeeded to not only make this possible, but also to achieve amazing environmental and economic benefit by doing so.
NPA additive allows to stabilize the anabolic liquid by mixing hydrated combustion enhancer and oil in molecular level, when combined with special mixing technique.
Typically, oil particles are between 30 to 100 µm in size, whereas the size of hydrated combustion enhancer molecules is 1 to 5 µm. In anabolic state, smaller water molecules are evenly dispersed and held inside oil particles.
The NPA technology is developed to enable almost any type of blending possible. Though two of our commercial grade Anabolic Fuels currently available are based on Bunker C and A type of heavy fuel oil, typically used for industrial and transportation applications.
Ecore Global also has other types of anabolic fuels such as heating oil and biodiesel in works right now.
